Police stopped me because brake / tail light was not working. When I stopped by service dept., they were unable to help me that day, but suggested a time the next day when they could work me in. Heidi even wrote up an appointment card, in case I got stopped again. BIG Mistake, I scheduled my first service there and arrived to be told I didn't have an appointment Even though I had a confirmation #. I said OK how much is and oil change. I was quoted $70 plus tax, I asked if that included a tire rotation and was told no that is $25 plus tax. I was outraged, My Acura that is service by Dick Hannah is only $70 out the door for both. I had assumed that this interval had already been covered before I bought the vehicle with 66k miles on the vehicle, but Heidi said it was needed. After working for Caterpillar for over 20 years I do realize the importance of service versus repairs due to neglect. The only request I have is that the lot boy not customize my seat and steering wheel positions to suit his physique just to move my vehicle. I had to reset everything and the seat was fully forward. I don't see where that is necessary.

My 2017 Crosstrek needed an alignment. I was told that it would be at least two hours, so I made arrangements to be picked up, etc. I had eye surgery four weeks ago, so am not driving yet. When I dropped the car off and explained why we needed three people to drop off and pick up the car, and one driver was on a tight timeline, the service person said she'd see what she could do - rather than having us picking up the next day.
