Scheduling is very easy and service, advisors, pleasant courteous, and provide ongoing information about the service being conducted; my vehicle is out of warranty, but I will still come here for service because of the great experience

It seems they started working on our car as soon as we drove up. Very efficient. Very friendly.There were at least 4 other people who brought their cars in around the same time, so they were busy.The waiting room was comfortable.They were finished in about an hour and explained what they did. We were happy.

Friendly and efficient. Did not offer much for a tradein. Nice car, but the agent didn't offer much in the way of orientation. He did transfer my SiriusXM radio which was very helpful
All my Service experiences have been great!! Got updates while I waited and my Forester was completed right when promised! Even though Bud Clary may not quite be the closest for us, it's a far nicer experience!

Robert was fantastic! We had a few major problems and were dead set on not using Bud Clary for another car purchase. I'm so please with the manager Robert (rob) Estrada he got me into a 2024 Subaru crosstrek he made sure I drove away in a all wheel drive and sales rep Tristan he has only work there 2 months he was so awesome about making sure i got what I wanted and then called me back a few days later to see how I was with my car and if needed any thing he is just a text or phone call away or just swing by if I was in town to come in.

I worked with Hung Giap in Sales and Troy Johnson in Finance. When I inquired about the 2026 Blue Forester, Hung gave me a deal on right off the top. Other dealerships were not willing to make a deal. When the vehicle was held up at the Port of Vancouver and did not make it to the dealership on the day I drove down to sign all the papers, they drove the vehicle up to me, approximately 140 miles. Great service as far as purchasing the vehicle.

I'm giving a 5 star only because of Colton. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the service, although there were many bumps along the way. Initially I had wanted an accessory that I didn't know the name of, so Colton transferred me to the service dept., and when I explained that I wanted the rubber that goes above the tire on the frame, the service member said, " oh, mud flaps". Colton always takes time to go over all service options with me so I can choose the right option for my budget. He calls to let me know the work is complete and the car is ready. He also goes over all work done and shows me the vehicle inspection report.
Got honest and straight-forward quote from Hung. Made the decision to buy the car. He was able to provide all information I needed. The buying process is also straight-forward. It took some two hours to get all the documents and formalities completed. I wish that time was shorter, but I presume this would have been the case in any dealership. Overall, Bud Clary Subaru is a good dealership to work with.
Aside from the outstanding service provided by the dealership, the fact that I've been dealing with Claire in the Service Department for the three years I've owned our Outback tells me the company must treat their employees well. That is also obvious with Claire in how she treats her clients and her overall attitude towards Bud Clary.

Service was fine the employees were great. My problem was the ai phone system. Was trying to set a morning appointment and it keep trying to set an afternoon. I hate ai and could cause me to leave.
Staff was professional and courteous. The waiting area was clean, provided refreshments with restrooms close by. My oil change was completed in the timeframe promised.
Friendly and always accommodating, Tell you what the problem is and time required. Loaner cars available and shuttle, if that is better.

Can’t say much good about their service, my car has been there over 4 weeks now and they are still haggling over the warranty, haven’t made any repairs yet.

Took my car in for its 30k maintenance and an oil change on the 3rd of july. There was a mishap and my car took some damage. They gave me a brand new rental, fixed all the damage(of course) covered what i had brought it in for, and when I went to pick up my car yesterday they had even detailed the inside for me. While it was their mistake it had happened, they definitely went above and beyond to take care of that mistake! Kudos to them
