Subaru Loves Pets Adoption Event

Bud Clary Subaru is proud to participate in supporting our local animal shelter, Cowlitz Humane Society through the Subaru Loves Pets Adoption Campaign. Throughout the month of October, we have a nationwide effort to help pets find a loving home, with the focus on “Underdogs” or special needs dogs who tend to get overlooked for adoption.

With National Make A Dog’s Day on October 22nd, 2023, our dealership will be hosting an adoption event for anyone to stop by. We will be donating $100 for every cat or dog adopted, up to $3,100!

Event Details

At this event you can meet adoptable (and adorable) cats and puppies from the Humane Society of Cowlitz County. The humane society will have information on adopting and how you can get involved to help pets in need in our community as well.

About Subaru Loves Pets

The Subaru Loves Pets initiative is Subaru of America’s commitment to helping animals in need. The program provides support to local shelters and pets nationwide.

As part of this program, Subaru partners with over 600 shelters across the country to host adoption events and fundraisers. Participating Subaru retailers like us can opt into receiving Subaru-branded dog toys and New Pet Parent kits to distribute at events. Nationwide in October 2022, over 47,000 shelter pets found forever homes through Subaru Loves Pets events. A special focus is placed on adopting “Underdogs” – special needs dogs who tend to get overlooked. Subaru has set a goal to secure over 100,000 adoptions through the Subaru Loves Pets initiative. Just last year, we celebrated eclipsing over 100,000 adoptions since the program launched.
